guys why don’t you guys join the Clark supporters and do something about the bias news reporting that CNN give on a daliy against Dean and Clark and see how the favor Edwards and Kerry. We need to stop them if we could get the Dean and Clark camp together and do something. Please lets do something!!!!!!!!

I joined this campaign last summer when the Good Doctor came to Philly. I was walking around near the Constitution Center and saw people unloading equipment. I went over to ask what was going on and Philly 4 Dean members told me the Gov. Dean was speaking here. I walked away with a smile and pledged to come back and listen. As I walked away I suddenly had this amazing rush of energy come over me. I thought to myself, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE to become involved. I walked back to the table and I must admit, the people looked at me kind of weird like, “didn’t we just finish talking to you?” However, after I was done telling them how much I wanted to get involved those looks turned to BIG BRIGHT SMILES. I was given a big picket sign and told to go round up as many people as I could to come back and watch. For the next 3 hours, I walked up and down the streets of Philadelphia’s historic district telling people what a great opportunity they had that afternoon to make a difference!

That rally, at the time, became the SINGLE LARGEST crowd that Howard Dean had had the chance to speak in front of! It wasn’t me alone that made it happen, it was a combination of individual efforts that made the difference that day, and we can have the SAME effect TODAY! Together as small voices, we can make ONE HECK OF A LOUD VOICE in the name of CHANGING AMERICA!
Peace Love and Respect

Dean should NOT drop out no matter what happens in Wisconsin.

Just saw a poll in The Capital Times (“Wisconsin’s Progressive Newspaper”) that shows Kerry WAY ahead of us. Here’s the quote:

Of the possible candidates mentioned for the White House, John Kerry led, collecting support from 45 percent of Democrats and 29 percent of independents polled. He also was the Republicans’ favorite, with 31 percent.

Wesley Clark, John Edwards and Howard Dean picked up no more than one-third of Kerry’s level of support, and others even less.
(Click my name for the whole article.)

I’m all for a big push to win Wisconsin, but let’s not make it a do or die state. We need to stay in this until at least Super Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO DEAN!!! Do NOT give up! Do not give in! Hope is stronger than fear!

hey gang.
well, i hate to admit it, well no actually i’m glad to admit it.
I was feeling a little down on our campaign thinking we need a dang ad bat yesterday and no one is listening…turns out they were…and it turns out they were right to listen, we are knocking the begeebes outta that bat.

so i say keep ’em listening. we said give us an ad bat and we’ll give you the cash. they gave us the bat, and it would appear we are in fact delivering.

so now lets say, we’ll do better than 700k on this bat, if you’ll get some TV up in Maine and Washington and Mich, or VA or DC or whatever. Let’s ask that if (or as Kerry would wait for us to say in one of his boring speeches—when) we overflow this bat, put the extra in some more ads.

We ask for ADS, WE give you some cash, you give us an honest man for president…seems fair.

well, i am going back for a little more batting practice.

Grand Rapids Guy,

You absolutely did the right thing.
We must always vote our conscience or we might as well be Republicans.

Just sent this email to CNN:

Governor Howard Dean’s candidacy is VERY MUCH ALIVE. He is raising an average of $50,000 per hour and, within 12 hours, has so far reached almost $500,000*. I just watched Judy Woodruf on Inside Politics and I am outraged at the distorted, unfavorable coverage you give to Howard Dean. I was a loyal CNN viewer but now I’ve lost all respect for your network. The media should NOT get to choose our next president.

*I used the $500,000 figure because at the rate we’re going, by the time they get around to reading my email, it probably will be up to this amount.

Email your comments to CNN:

I’ll make another contribution. I’ve been following the Dean campaign since August, and the one thing he has been is STEADY and CONSISTENT. Kerry and Edwards are very different candidates now than they were then. A recent column in the Denver Post states it much better than I can:

Read it at the URL below, or click my name.

by Cindy Rodriguez

Some excerpts:

“It’s one of the reasons why someone will turn around and say they like Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts because he’s questioning President Bush about the reasons we went to war in Iraq – even though he voted for it in Congress.

That was Dean’s message…

…Early on, Dean talked about the need to unite a divided country, one that is split into a land that benefits the rich and is pushing the middle class into poverty.

Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina parrots that now, with his ‘Two Americas’ stump speech.”

Dean is the only candidate who has consistently provided facts and actual ideas for solutions. The other candidates may say similar things, for example, that healthcare is a crisis that must be addressed – but they don’t offer a PLAN.

Voters who are voting for Kerry and Edwards are voting for candidates who just want to get elected. Once in office, don’t expect any major changes, and certainly don’t expect that someone like Kerry can pass through healthcare initiatives when Clinton couldn’t. If you prefer the status quo, then they are your men.

They are just telling you what you want to hear, but they won’t back up their campaign promises.
Vote for Dean if you want a president who will produce RESULTS and FULFILL HIS CAMPAIGN PROMISES.

And, anyone who is thinking that all of Dean’s supporters will just follow party line and vote for the Democratic nominee – if it isn’t Dean – are in for a surprise. I vote in every election, and I voted for Nader TWICE. I will happily vote for him a third time.
